Thank you for choosing Launch Kit Co. for your professional headshots. To keep everything smooth and stress-free, please review the following terms before booking your session.

Booking & Payment

• All portrait sessions require $150 deposit at the time of booking.

• Payment can be made via secure online booking with credit card, or by direct e-transfer.

• Your session spot is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Because sessions run only twice per month, deposits are non-refundable.

• If you’re unable to attend, you may reschedule once at no extra cost, provided you give at least 48-Hours Notice.

• Rescheduling more than once, or cancelling altogether, will result in the session fee being forfeited.

• No Shows are considered forfeited with no refund or reschedule option.

Session Time & Arrival

• Power Portrait Sessions are 45 Minutes long.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will reduce your shooting time, and no makeup time can be provided.

Image Delivery & Proofing

• A proofing gallery will be delivered within 24 hours of your session.

• Proofing galleries remain available for 30 days. After this, the gallery will expire, and unpurchased images may no longer be available.

• Each session includes 2 Professionally Retouched Images of your choice.

• Additional retouched images may be purchased directly from your proofing gallery.

• Raw, unedited images are not provided.

Usage Rights

• Clients are granted full commercial usage rights for their purchased portraits. You’re free to use them on LinkedIn, websites, marketing materials, press, and more.

• Wren Harlow Portraits retains the copyright to all images.

• With your consent, select images may be featured in our portfolio, website, or social media.

Liability

• While every effort is made to provide a safe and comfortable studio environment, Launch Kit Co. is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur during your session.
